Calling all ladies!
Did you know that Blue Letter Bible has women’s ministry resources?
Well, we do! It has always been our desire to work alongside the local church by providing a wide variety of free bible study resources for both men and women. We want you, our users, to grow in the knowledge of God, the study of His word, and the love of Christ in ways that compel you to pass on what you know—namely, the gospel of Jesus Christ. For this reason, we have compiled a list of helpful resources for a women’s ministry page, which we are calling Glimpses of His Glory.
On this women’s ministry page, you will find Bible Studies on the Women of the Bible as well as writings from Christian Women in modern times, whether serving in the mission field, or as teachers, poets, songwriters, devotional writers, and more. Additionally, you will find reproductions of lovely devotionals from the 19th Century.
Resources for Women’s Ministry include:
- Women of Scripture (Eve, Sarai/Sarah, Rebekah, Miriam, Deborah)
- Study resources
- The Women in the Word (Mary Elizabeth Baxter)
- Women of the Bible (P.C. Headley)
- The Women of the Scriptures (H. Hastings Weld)
- Biographies
- The World’s Workers (Lizzie Alldridge)
- Missionaries
- Nor Script (Amy Carmichael)
- Hymns and Poetry
- Evening Melodies (Frances Ridley Havergal)
- Devotionals
- Vessels of God (a 19th century devotional for every day of the month)
- Audio Resources (Elisabeth Elliot, Kay Smith)
We pray that the Lord will use these free resources to bless your study of His Word!
