We fill ourselves with head knowledge, but our hearts are left unaffected. May 14, 2014 at 7:49 amThis is an excellent answer to a common problem. I have struggled at times to see the “near horizon” in my study time, but I have learned that God uses simple things to teach me what He wants me to learn, even if I just read the text for what it is in the English language without going deeper into the ancient languages or study tools used for interpretation.
